Carbondale Nursing and Rehabilitation Center prides itself on the level and variety of care we can provide for our residents. These services include Physical, Occupational and Speech therapies and are available up to seven days a week.

Our professionals are kept up to date on the latest and most comprehensive techniques. By applying these techniques, we ensure that all of our residents reach their full potential.

It is a testament to the effectiveness of these techniques that over 60 percent of our residents progress well enough to eventually return to their own homes.

For all our residents, application of the appropriate therapy or rehabilitative technique is critical for well being. We encourage our residents to take full advantage of the opportunities offered by our certified therapists.
